By using YoMilly you agree to what is below. If you do not, please do not use the app.
What you get
A subscription gives you the use of the app for as long as it is active: the writing pad, the
lyrics library and everything built on it, the beats and the freestyle room.
Subscriptions and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off
auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the
price shown for your plan.
- Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app
does not cancel it.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is lost if you buy a subscription during
the trial.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. See
Apple's refund page.
What you write is yours
Everything you write in the app belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it, no licence over
it, and no right to use it. We never see it — see the
Privacy Policy.
The lyrics library
The app shows short quotations from published songs so you can see how words and subjects have
been used. Those lines belong to their writers and rights holders and are shown as reference, not
as material to copy. Do not put somebody else's bars in your song. What you
publish is your responsibility.
Fair use of the service
Do not attempt to bulk-download the lyrics library, take the app apart to extract it, or resell
access. One subscription is for one person.
No guarantees
The app is provided as it is. It will not always be available, the library will not always have
an answer, and nothing in it is advice about your career. To the extent the law allows, we are not
liable for loss arising from using it. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to
lose.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may end access where these terms
are broken.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes and the new version appears here. Continuing to
use the app means accepting them.
