Oyunun içinde Ayarlar → Destek satırı da aynı adrese yazıyor, üstelik sürüm numaranı ve cihazını mektuba kendisi ekliyor. Bir sorun bildirecekseniz o satırdan yazmak en hızlısı.
Kaydım gitti
Dükkân yalnızca telefonunuzun içinde duruyor, bizde bir kopyası yok. Oyunu silerseniz kayıt da gider ve geri getirilemez. Yedeklemek isterseniz cihaz yedeğiniz onu da kapsar.
Baştan başlamak istiyorum
Ayarlar → Oyunu sıfırla. Kaç gündür oyunda olduğunuzu ve kasanızda ne olduğunu söyleyip bir kez daha soruyor. Cevabınız evetse geri dönüşü yok.
Reklam ve satın alma
İkisi de yok. Oyun bir kez satın alınıyor, sonrası açık. İçeride harcanacak gerçek para, izlenecek reklam, açılacak kasa yok.
İnternet
Oyun hiçbir sunucuya bağlanmıyor. Uçak modunda da aynı şekilde çalışır.
Para iadesi
Satın alma Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeyi de Apple yapıyor: reportaproblem.apple.com. Bizim elimizde bir ödeme kaydı yok.

Write, and you get an answer
The Settings → Support row inside the game writes to the same address and fills in your version and device for you. If you are reporting a problem, that row is the quickest way.
I lost my save
Your shop lives only on your phone and we hold no copy of it. Deleting the app deletes the save, and it cannot be recovered. A device backup covers it.
I want to start over
Settings → Reset game. It tells you how many days you have been in the shop and what is in your till, then asks once more. If you say yes there is no way back.
Ads and purchases
Neither. The game is bought once and that is the whole of it. There is no real money to spend inside, no advert to watch, no chest to open.
Internet
The game makes no network connections. It plays the same in airplane mode.
Refunds
The purchase goes through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com. We hold no payment record of our own.
